AccureVial® COP Vials

Cyclic Olefin Polymer (COP), as an alternative to Type I borosilicate glass, offers exceptional design flexibility. Its shatter-resistant properties also help reduce logistics and transportation costs. In terms of physicochemical characteristics, COP features high transparency, high rigidity, high heat resistance, low refractive index, low protein adsorption, absence of heavy metals and tungsten, no risk of delamination, and allows for low or no silicone oil lubrication.

The AccureVial® COP Vial combines the best features of plastic and glass packaging. Manufactured from Cyclic Olefin Polymer (COP), it provides an inert contact surface and has been proven suitable for various pharmaceutical applications on the market. It offers unique packaging safety features for manufacturers producing toxic or highly potent drug solutions. AccureVial® COP Vials are primarily used for high-value biologics and drugs with stringent packaging requirements, such as cell therapies, gene therapies, oncology drugs, and cardiovascular/cerebrovascular medications.
